Terms and Conditions

CREDIT TERMS:

ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS PAYMENT DUE IN 30 DAYS.

Trading terms are strictly 30 days from the invoice date. Failure to adhere to the 30 days can result in account cancellation & all outstanding invoices must be settled immediately. If payment is not received by the due date then Precision Brake Technology may charge a late fee which is 30% of the total amount owing 

The customer is liable for all out of pocket expenses and other reasonable expenses (including mercantile agent fees and commission costs) and legal costs on a Solicitor/own client basis incurred by the supplier for enforcement of obligations and recovery of monies due from the customer to the supplier.

COD CUSTOMERS - PAYMENT ON COMPLETION OF WORK/PARTS SUPPLY (UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED)

Payment must be made on completion of work, unless otherwise agreed.  If payment has not been received by the due date then Precision Brake Technology may charge a late fee which is 30% of the total amount owing.

All goods remain the property of Precision Brake Technology Ptd Ltd until payment is received in full. If payment has not been received then Precision Brake Technology may enter any premises belonging to or occupied by the customer for the purposes of retaking possession of the goods. Customer will also be liable for paying for any labour in which is needed to retrieve the goods  

ABANDONMENT

 If any amounts outstanding have not been paid within three calendar months of us providing notice to you, and if we do not hear from you after making reasonable attempts to contact you, we may sell your vehicle and/or all goods in or attached to your vehicle in accordance with any applicable legislation relating to the disposal of uncollected goods and vehicles.

In the event that we sell your vehicle and/or goods, we will apply the proceeds in the first instance to the satisfaction of the amounts outstanding by you and costs including but not limited to the costs of arranging and exercising the right of sale

PART RETURNS

Goods will only be accepted within 7 days & must be in the same condition as they were when originally supplied. All non-stock lines purchased will only be returned if our supplier will in turn expect the goods from us & all expense will be bourn by the customer

Goods not accepted for return:

• After 7 days.
• If goods have been fitted, used in any way or no longer in a sell-able condition and
• Have been specially procured
• Not in its original packing 
• A discontinued part

 We will not be liable for your freight or other costs in returning products unless otherwise agreed, or where you are entitled to such costs under the Australian Consumer Law 

 Unless otherwise agreed. Precision Brake Technology  will complete the work in a reasonable time. If an estimated or specific time for completion is given by Precision Brake Technology, it will not be liable for any delay due to circumstances beyond its control.
